Swerve-Audio (“Swerve-Audio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our website and the Swerve plugin (together, the “Service”).

The Swerve plugin does not phone home

Swerve runs entirely inside your digital audio workstation, on your own computer. It does not collect, store, or transmit your audio, MIDI, project data, or usage activity to us or to anyone else. Everything the plugin does happens locally, in real time, on your machine.

Information you provide to us

If you contact us by email — for support, a purchase question, or anything else — we receive whatever you send us, including your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and to keep basic records of support and sales correspondence.

Purchases and payment processing

Purchases of Swerve are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number or other payment credentials — the processor handles that under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, along with the billing email needed to deliver your license and download link.

License delivery and downloads

When you start a free trial or complete a purchase, we send your download link and license details by email. We keep a record of issued licenses so we can help you recover them if you lose access.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics services. We do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other sites.

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
